Until December 8 2012 in Florence at the Galleria del Costume of the Pitti Palace the exhibition The New Frontier. History and Culture of native Americans will take place. On the occasion of the fith centenary of Amerigo Vespucci’s death, Florence celebrates the event with a great exhibit dedicated to the usages and habits of the early American inhabitants, showing the collections of the Gilcrease Museum of Tulsa, one of the most important for the history of North America.
