At the first floor of the Uffizi Gallery of Florence a nice exhibition dedicated to Piero di Cosimo (1462- 1522) eccentric painter between Renaissance and Manierism is on, until September 27 2015
It is a selection of about 100 pieces: paintings, drawings and work of his contemporaries. A great opportunity to know something more about a not so famous painter and to learn more about the Florentine Renaissance history, with the influence of the Medici family.
