Since March 12 at the Palazzo Strozzi of Florence is on the exhibition “ Picasso, Mirò, Dalì. Angry young men: the birth of modernity”.
The exhibition is dedicated to the early production of Picasso Mirò and Dalì as the beginning of modern art. The focus is on Picasso’s pre-cubist period 1900-1905, and the different ways of aproaching Surrealism of Mirò between 1915 and 1920 and Dalì during the period 1920-1925.
The young Picasso showed his political ideas supporting the working class as well as Mirò refused figurative art as expression of dominant classes. The young Dalì was supported by an incredible technique.
