Until February 12 2012, in Florence at the palace which was the last residence of the Medici family the exhibition La Bella Italia (the beautiful Italy) - Arte e identità delle capitali will be on. Inside the celebrations for the 150 anniversary of the unification of Italy the exhibit takes place in the Pitti Palace, in four different museums: the Argenti Museum, the Palatina Gallery, the Modern Art Gallery and the Costume Gallery.
It consists of 350 works from Italy and from all over the world. Please take advantage of the fact that in the same room, the magnificent Sala Bianca at the first floor of the Pitti Palace, you may be surrounded by the David by Verrocchio, the portrait of Agnolo Doni and his wife Maddalena Strozzi by Raphael, the Brutus by Michelangelo and many more masterpieces which contribute to the high quality of this exhibition.
