Last September 26  the fashion brand Gucci  opened  its Museum at the Mercatanzia Palace in the Signoria Square in Florence. It was exactly where the famous  maison  was born in 1921.

The Museum is distributed on three floors  in a space of 1.700 square metres. At the ground floor the Cadillac Seville designed by Gucci in 1979  and then on the other floors all the most important pieces of the brand  are on show. Not only dresses and accessories but even photos and particular creations such as the Gucci Cruiser Bicycle, made in 2009 and  surf boards. Underground there is  the rich archive, showing the history of the fashion brand founded by Guccio Gucci in 1921.
